Stacy co-founded CRC in 2005 and continues to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer. She brings over 20 years of clinical research experience to the company in her leadership role. She is well versed in both clinical trial management and operations. In her daily role as Director of Clinical Research, Stacy leads a team of physicians and allied health professionals in the conduction of complex clinical research protocols across diverse therapeutic areas. Over the course of her career, Stacy has managed over 200 research studies in sleep medicine, psychiatric disorders and general medicine. Prior to her reign in clinical research, Stacy served as lead certified mental health professional at Evanston Hospital after graduating summa cum laude from Bradley University.

Eric Malm co-founded the Chicago Research Center in 2005 and continues to serve as the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. As a biopharma industry veteran, Eric brings over 20 years’ experience in clinical development, operations and management. He supports a team of industry leaders in phases I through IV clinical trials across broad therapeutic indications. Mr. Malm oversees operational activities at the site, including study start up, enrollment of trials, site certification management and sleep lab operation and management. In addition to founding the Chicago Research Center, Eric is a licensed and practicing social worker in the State of Illinois. He has worked in both the outpatient and inpatient clinical settings after graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and finally a Master’s from Loyola University.
Chicago Research Center’s coordinators are a vital part to the overall success of the Chicago Research Center. Together, they bring over 10 years of experience as research coordinators. They are responsible for the day to day operations of a multitude of studies, ensuring patient safety and good clinical practices.

A former case worker and mental health counselor, Mr. Romanos began working in clinical research in 2006 at the University of Chicago. He has participated in over 40 trials as both coordinator and rater. His experience includes research in psychosis and bipolar disorders. Ben joined Chicago Research Center in 2013.
